A complete guide to all GagaTrend app features.

Chapter 01

Getting Started

Creating an Account

To use all GagaTrend features, you need to create a free account. Registration takes less than a minute.

Open the GagaTrend app. On the start screen you will see two buttons: Log In and Sign Up. Tap Sign Up.

Fill in the registration form: enter your email address, display name (visible to other users), and a password. Repeat the password in the confirmation field.

Accept the Terms of Service. You can read them by tapping the link – they open in a dialog without leaving the form.

Complete the device verification (reCAPTCHA) – this protects against bots. Tap the verification field and follow the instructions shown.

Tap Sign Up. If all details are correct, a success message will appear.
Note: After registration, a verification email will be sent to the provided address. Check both your Inbox and Spam folders.

Logging In

You have three login options:

  • Email and password – classic method. Enter the email address used at registration and your password.
  • Sign in with Apple – quick login using Apple ID (available on Apple devices).
  • Sign in with Google – quick login using a Google account.

On the start screen, tap Log In.

Enter your email and password and tap Log In. You can also choose Apple or Google sign-in.

After successful login, the app will take you directly to the main screen (Feed).
Tip: If you forget your password, contact us via the contact form – contact page.

Email Address Verification

After registration, your account requires email address confirmation. Here is how the process works:

  • An activation link email is sent to the provided address.
  • Click the link in the email – you will be taken to a confirmation page.
  • After successful verification you can fully use the app.
  • If you did not receive the email, go back to the login screen and use the Resend verification email option.
Note: The verification link is one-time use only and expires after 24 hours.
Chapter 02

App Interface

Bottom Navigation

The GagaTrend app is built around four main sections accessible from the bottom navigation bar:

  • Home Feed – a stream of stylizations from other users and stylists you follow.
  • Catalog Products – the full clothing catalog available for virtual try-on.
  • Stylizations Stylizations – your avatars, wardrobe and generated stylizations.
  • Account Account – your profile, statistics, messages and settings.

Tapping an icon when you are already in that section returns you to the default state (e.g. scrolling the feed back to the top).

App Language Selection

GagaTrend supports multiple languages. To change the interface language:

Go to the Account section (last icon in the bottom navigation).

Tap the Settings icon (gear icon or three lines) in the top right corner.

Select Language Selection and choose your preferred language.

The language change is immediately reflected throughout the entire app.

Chapter 03

Home – Stylization Feed

Browsing Stylizations

The Feed is the heart of the GagaTrend app. It presents a vertical stream of stylizations – AI-generated photos of users dressed in various outfits. Browsing works similarly to short-video apps:

  • Swipe up to go to the next stylization.
  • Swipe down to go back to the previous one.
  • Each stylization fills the entire screen – you can focus on the details.
  • The app automatically preloads upcoming images for smooth scrolling.
  • At the bottom of each stylization you will find action icons: like, comment, and information about the products used.
Tip: Tap the avatar or author name in the bottom left of a stylization to visit their profile.

Likes

You can like any stylization you see in the feed or on a user's profile:

Tap the heart icon at the bottom of the stylization. The icon will fill in and the like counter will increase by 1.

To unlike, tap the heart icon again – it will become empty and the counter will decrease.

Liked stylizations appear in the Liked tab on your account, where you can browse them at any time.

Comments

Under each stylization you can leave a comment or read others' opinions:

Tap the speech bubble icon (comment) on the stylization. The comments screen will open.

Scroll through existing comments. You can see the author name, content and time of each comment.

To add a comment, type your text in the field at the bottom and tap Send.

To delete your own comment, long-press it or use the delete option.

Following Stylists

Following a user means their stylizations will appear more often in your feed:

Tap the author's name or avatar in a stylization to go to their profile.

On the user's profile, press the Follow button. It will change to Following.

To unfollow, press the button again and confirm.

You can find your list of followed users in the Account screen under the Following tab.

Chapter 04

Product Catalog

Browsing the Catalog

The product catalog is the second main window of the app. It contains thousands of clothing products available for virtual try-on.

  • Products are displayed as a grid of tiles with thumbnail images and basic information (name, price).
  • At the top of the screen you can see the selected category. You can change it via the category bar or search.
  • Scroll down – the app automatically loads more products (infinite scroll) as you approach the end of the list.
  • Tap a product tile to see detailed information.

Filters and Search

GagaTrend offers advanced filtering options to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Tap the Filter button (funnel icon) in the top right corner of the catalog screen.

A filter panel slides in from the right. Available filters include: category, size, color, brand, price range.

Select the options you want and tap Apply. The product list will be filtered immediately.

To remove all filters, tap Clear Filters or Reset.
Tip: Active filters are indicated by a color change on the funnel icon or a number of active filters shown next to it.

Product Details

Tapping a product in the list opens a screen with detailed information:

  • Photo gallery – browse multiple product images by swiping sideways.
  • Name and brand of the product.
  • Price – current product price.
  • Description – full product description with material, care information etc.
  • Attributes – available sizes, colors and other features.
  • Virtual Try-On button – starts the virtual try-on process for this product on your selected avatar.
  • Add to Wardrobe button – saves the product to your Favorites in the My Wardrobe section.
Chapter 05

Virtual Try-On

Creating an Avatar

An avatar is a digital representation of your figure. It is the foundation of virtual try-on – clothes are placed on the avatar by the AI system. You can have multiple avatars.

Go to the Stylizations tab (third icon in the bottom navigation).

In the avatars section at the top of the screen, tap the + button or Add Avatar.

Choose a photo: you can take a new photo with the camera or choose an existing one from your gallery. Photo requirements: full body (head to toe), neutral background, good lighting.

Wait for the AI system to process the photo. The avatar generation process can take from tens of seconds to a few minutes.

Once done, the avatar will appear in your avatars list. You can select it as active immediately.
Tip: For the best try-on results, use photos in form-fitting clothing or a swimsuit, with arms slightly away from your body.

Trying On Clothes

Once you have an avatar, you can try on any products from the catalog:

Find a product you want to try on – in the catalog or in your wardrobe.

On the product detail screen, tap Virtual Try-On.

The stylization creation screen (Try-On Creator) will open. You will see the selected avatar and the list of products to try on.

You can add more products (e.g. trousers to go with a shirt) by tapping Add Product. You can also remove products from the list with a gesture.

If you have multiple avatars, you can change the active avatar by tapping its preview.

Tap the Generate Stylization button. The AI system will process the request – this can take from a few seconds to a few minutes.

Previewing and Saving Stylizations

After the stylization is generated, a preview screen with the result will appear:

  • You see your avatar dressed in the chosen outfit as a high-quality image.
  • You can download the stylization to your phone gallery.
  • You can publish the stylization in the app – it will then be visible to other users in the feed.
  • The stylization is automatically saved to your account – you will find it in the Stylizations tab.
  • If you are not happy with the result, you can regenerate or go back and change the products.
Chapter 06

My Wardrobe

My Wardrobe is your personal clothing management hub in the GagaTrend app. Access it from the Stylizations screen via the My Wardrobe button. The wardrobe has three tabs.

Tab: Favorites

The Favorites tab stores products you have marked as favorites from the app catalog.

  • Any catalog product can be added to favorites using the heart button or Add to Wardrobe.
  • Products in favorites are available for quick try-on – tap a product and select Try On.
  • To remove a product from favorites, long-press the tile or use the delete icon.
  • Favorites sync across devices.

Tab: My Items

The My Items tab lets you add your own clothing from outside the GagaTrend catalog and try it on your avatar.

Go to the My Items tab in My Wardrobe and tap Add Item.

Choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one. Best with a white background or on a mannequin.

Optionally give the item a name and select a category.

Tap Save. The item will appear in your wardrobe items list.

Your own items can be tried on your avatar just like catalog products.

Tab: Shared to Me

The Shared to Me tab shows wardrobes from other users who have granted you access to their clothing.

  • When someone shares their wardrobe with you, it appears here as a separate collection.
  • You can browse clothing from shared wardrobes and try it on your own avatar.
  • The sharing user can revoke access at any time – the wardrobe will then disappear from your list.
Chapter 07

Stylizations Screen

Your Stylizations

The Stylizations screen is the main hub for managing avatars and stylizations. It consists of several sections:

  • Avatars section – a horizontal bar with your avatars. The selected (highlighted) avatar is active and will be used for future try-ons.
  • Try-on panel – here you add products to try on and start generating stylizations.
  • Your stylizations – a grid of thumbnails of all your generated stylizations. Tap a thumbnail to see it full-size.
  • Quick wardrobe access – a button taking you to the My Wardrobe screen.

Sharing Your Avatar with a Stylist

GagaTrend allows you to share your avatar with another user – for example a personal stylist. This enables the stylist to generate stylizations on your avatar and send you proposals.

Go to the Stylizations screen and select the avatar you want to share.

Tap the share icon next to the avatar or in its preview.

Enter the stylist's email address or username and confirm.

The stylist receives a notification and access to your avatar. They can now generate stylizations on your avatar.

Stylizations generated by the stylist will appear in your Messages or directly in your stylizations.
Privacy: You can revoke access to your avatar at any time. After revoking, the stylist will not be able to generate new stylizations on your avatar.
Chapter 08

User Profiles

Your Own Profile

The Account screen is your private profile. It contains:

  • Profile photo and display name – tap the profile photo to change it.
  • Stats: number of generated stylizations, total likes, comments, followers and following.
  • Stylizations tab – a grid of all your published stylizations.
  • Liked tab – a grid of stylizations you have liked.
  • Following tab – list of users you follow.
  • Quick access buttons to: My Wardrobe, Edit Profile, Messages, Settings.

Other Users' Profiles

You can visit other users' profiles – by tapping their name or avatar in the feed, comments or following list.

On another user's profile you will see:

  • Profile photo, name and basic stats (stylizations, followers).
  • Follow / Unfollow button.
  • A grid of this user's published stylizations.

The profile appears as an overlay view – press the back arrow or back gesture to return to the feed.

Chapter 09

Messages

The messaging system in GagaTrend primarily serves for communication between users and stylists, and for receiving notifications about new stylizations.

Access messages from the Account screen – tap the envelope icon or the Messages button.

The message list shows all conversations and notifications from stylists and the system, sorted from newest.

Tap a message to open it. If a stylist sent you a stylization proposal, you will see it directly in the message with a preview option.

You can reply to a message – type text in the field at the bottom and tap Send.
New messages are indicated by a red dot (badge) on the Account tab icon in the bottom navigation.
Chapter 10

Account Settings

Edit Profile

You can update your profile information at any time:

On the Account screen, tap the Edit Profile button.

On the edit screen you can change: display name, profile photo, bio/description.

Tap Save. Changes are applied immediately and will be visible to other users.

App Settings

The Settings screen is accessible via the gear icon on the Account screen. It allows you to:

  • Language Selection – change the app interface language.
  • Notifications – manage push notifications.
  • Privacy – profile and stylization visibility settings (private / public).
  • Avatar sharing management – list of people you have shared avatars with, with the option to revoke access.
  • Change Password – update your account password.
  • Help & Documentation – link to this help page.
  • Terms of Service and Privacy Policy – access to legal documents.

Logging Out

To log out of the app:

Go to the Account screen.

Tap Settings (gear icon) or scroll down to the Log Out button.

Confirm logout. You will be taken to the login screen.
Security: After logging out, your sessions on this device will be ended. Account data is securely stored in the cloud.
